My Day is a private coaching product from JNG Services, doing business as BrightSmith. By using it you agree to keep the conversation respectful and not abuse the service.

Availability. Subscriptions and credit purchases are currently offered only to residents of the United States. You must confirm your U.S. residency before checkout and provide an accurate billing address.

Buy credits. You can buy credits for $10 per purchase without a subscription. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Credits do not expire and remain available until used. Purchases do not renew or top up automatically.

Subscription. Paid subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers. A card is required. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at $20/month unless you cancel. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Cancellation. Cancel or update payment details anytime from Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect immediately and ends the subscription's included usage. Any purchased credits remain available. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the monthly charge.

Usage. Usage limits apply to coaching and voice. Subscription usage renews each paid billing period and does not roll over. Included usage is used before purchased credits. When available usage runs out, coaching pauses until your subscription renews or you buy credits. There are no automatic usage overage charges.

Refund requests. Contact neill@brightsmith.app if a charge looks wrong. Card updates and invoices are available in Account → Billing. Refunded credits are removed. Usage may pause while a disputed payment or a refund involving already-used credits is reviewed.

The coach is software, not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Use judgment for serious situations.
